I've always been rather impressed with Luch movements; they seem better than the vast majority of other Russian movements and these 3055 are no exception.

They both keep perfect time...probably because the 3055 is one of those very rare movements with a Quartz-Controlled Balance Wheel. The only other movement I own of this type is the Timex Model 63. The Luch has a Fixed Coil while the Timex has a Moving Coil.
