Junghans produced West Germany's first transistorised watch, the "600.00" or Ato-Chron in 1967 without day / date. The Dato-Chron or 600.12 appeared in about 1970. The movements are of the fixed coil type.

These movements were used by many watch manufacturers included the Wedgefield on this site. However, Junghans also sometimes appeared on the dial as in this stunning watch.
