Any self respecting Hamilton Electric collector has to own a Ventura!

It was released on 3rd January 1957 alongside the much more conservative Van Horn. They were the first production Hamilton Electrics...and therefore the first production electric watches in the world. Like the Van Horn, it has a 14K solid gold case and the 500 movement. Several dial variations exist.

My black dialled example below has the very rare red second hand and is in exceptional condition; the case has never been polished and, as a result, the stepped lugs are super sharp. It even came with the original 24K gold applique two tone strap that so perfectly match the Ventura; this strap was discontinued after only 4 months, so is a real rarity.

To the casual observer, the Ventura and Pacer are often mistaken for each other, but the cases are quite different. Pacer cases are two tone with white gold lugs and yellow gold case and nearly all are 10K Gold Filled.
